The Lycée Victor Hugo is located in the building complex called Palazzo Venturi Ginori and is attached to the gardens of the Orti Oricellari.
The building, due to its historical-arctic characteristics, is, to date, subject to the constraints of the Superintendency for the Architectural and Landscape Heritage of Tuscany.
The fire prevention design of this complex involved the architectural and plant engineering reorganization of the institute.
